I have used 5 star Greet and Meet at T5 several times and very recently at T3. I have always found them very helpful and reliable. Drop-off and collection at T3 was particularly easy as it was at ground level just outside the terminal. A driver was there when I arrived at both drop-off and collection, so there was no wait at all.

Excellent service at very reasonable price. I used a different company in the past and hadn’t got high expectations of any meet & greet services at Heathrow but wow . Followed the instructions to phone 30 minutes away on dropping off and was met straight away. On landing phoned to say landed and then when cases collected and couldn’t have been more perfectly timed ,literally car pulled up as we arrived on level 4. Very courteous and polite driver,would definitely use again

Where do we start? We had a technical malfunction with our car (we were minutes away from the airport with 3 hours until take off!) we called our driver Ricky to explain the situation. He was very professional and understanding and went out of his way to meet us once we got the car up and running some 30minutes later… Ricky is an absolute legend, he is a credit to the business. We do not write reviews, we do not get paid for this, we just are compelled to let anybody who is unsure whether or not to use 5star - do not worry your in safe hands!

Having read some of the reviews I was a bit concerned however, the service was absolutely the best I've ever had at Heathrow! Car was returned quickly even though we had been delayed and was ready and waiting for us. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. Thank you

What can I say apart from these guys are the best don’t use anyone else.

Usually a regular with an alternative parking at Heathrow but these guys were half the price so gave it a go. Slightly nervous but no need to be. Super helpful as we got stuck on the m25 for over an hour arriving and that was no problem. Thanks, defo use you again
