DIRECTIONS FOR TERMINALS 1-5 AT HEATHROW AIRPORT

Terminal 1

Follow signs for passenger drop-off.

Which will take you up a ramp, stay in the Left-lane when driving up the ramp and follow it round to Departures set-down area on the Lower deck.

We will collect the car from there.

Terminal 2

Please follow signs for Terminal 2, as you approach the ramp stay in the far right hand lane, follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B.

Terminal 3

On Departure‎. Please call the number provided when you are 30 minutes away from the Terminal, we will collect your car from the Short-Stay Car Park, Level 4. Row B, once you enter Level 3 follow the Off-Airport signs they will take you to the Meet and Greet bays.

Terminal 4

Please drive to the Short Stay car park level 2 row F, we will collect the vehicle from there.
Return will be the same place.

Terminal 5

Follow signs for short-stay-passenger pick-up.

Please only enter the car park via the fast-track lane which will be on the far left.

You will need to take a ticket at the barrier.

Then please drive towards Level 4. Row S and give this ticket to the driver who will be waiting on the other side.
